At LumeLightGrid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact support before returning any item.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened supplements or health-related goods cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
