At LumeLightGrid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging with all seals intact.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business daysto your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team before sending it back.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as opened supplements or health-related goods, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please check product descriptions before purchase.
